Installation, testing and troubleshooting practices are emphasized. This course is technology and standards based; not a sales pitch. Course Objectives After completing this course the technician will: - Understand how their practices greatly impact the performance of the network

- Hands-on copper and fiber terminations, which must successfully pass standards-based performance tests
