The Service Center is an online tool that allows Ortronics distributors to manage their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere you have Internet access. You can check order status, track shipments, view pricing, check invoices/credits, and check the status of your RMA. This is a secure, password-protected site, and only approved individuals from your organization will have access to your account information. If you are already a registered user, please proceed to our Log In area. If you are a new user, please fill out our Registration Form. Once you complete the registration form, an Ortronics representative will contact you within two business days to verify your registration information. A user i.d. and password will then be sent to you via e-mail or fax. |
