Ortronics introduces FiberMo™, a central fiber management rack system, and, in December, is awarded the Fiber Optic Product News Technology award.  Ortronics introduces GigaMo+™, an end-to-end proposed Category 6 channel solution and enhanced frequency high performance structured cabling system that works in unison with our cable partners' 1000-type cable.  Cabling Business Magazine gives their Editor's Choice Award to Ortronics for the new Category 5e GigaMo™ and Category 6 GigaMo+™ enhanced frequency Channel Solutions. Ortronics Momentum® modular fiber system receives the CEE News' Editor's Choice Award.  Ortronics' TracJack® product line is given the Cabling Business Editor's Choice Award. July 2000 Ortronics launched its newly redesigned web site, www.ortronics.com, in order to create a more useful and informative tool with easy navigation and search capability. August 2000 Frank Diener, Ortronics director of engineering & technical support, Residential/Small Commercial, was recognized at the BISCI/Nashville conference as the 500th person to achieve the LAN Specialist RCDD certification since the program began. November 2000 Ortronics donated all of the networking connectivity products to the Stonington Police Department's new facility, in an effort to give back to the community that supported them in their early stages. |
